We take care to protect your personal data by exercising due diligence to safeguard your interests and rights, in particular by ensuring that the data we collect is gathered for specific, lawful purposes and is not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes and is processed in accordance with the law.

Purposes and Legal Basis for Data Processing
Purpose 1: Responding to product inquiries submitted via the contact form, e-mail address, providing information related to downloading the Excel version of the skills matrix, or signing up for a product presentation.
The legal basis for such processing is: taking action at the request of the person whose data is concerned prior to entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)), in accordance with the principle that the processing of personal data is lawful if it is necessary for the performance of a contract or prior to entering into a contract.
Purpose 2: Fulfillment of the ordered service.
The legal basis for such processing is: the person whose data is concerned is a party to the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
Purpose 3: Fulfilling tax and accounting obligations, including issuing VAT invoices.
The legal basis for such processing is: the fulfillment of a legal obligation incumbent on the administrator.
Purpose 4: Establishment, exercise, or defense of potential claims.
The legal basis for such processing is: the legitimate interest pursued by the administrator.

When using the matrycakompetencji.pl website by the User, HTTP requests directed to the server are stored. The browsed resources are identified by URL addresses and concern:
- The public IP address of the end device from which the request was sent,
- The names of the User’s stations – identification if possible is carried out via the HTTP protocol,

Data processed in connection with the establishment, pursuit, or defense of potential claims will be processed for the longest possible period of limitation for claims arising from the concluded agreement.

Mobile Application Privacy Policy
KDR Solutions Sp. z o.o. respects the privacy of users of applications it creates and declares that it makes every effort not to collect any data except those necessary for the proper functioning of the application or for improving the usability of the company’s products
- The mobile application allows verification of user identity; user data is not shared with any third parties.
- The anonymous identifier of the mobile application and information provided by the operating system of the mobile device (brand, model, hardware identifier) are sent to the SkillBox System at the moment of device activation in the mobile application and during verification of the authenticity of the mobile application. The mobile application communicates with the SkillBox System using encryption mechanisms.
- Using the Application requires a mobile device with iOS or Android and an Internet connection, either via a data package or Wi-Fi.
- The application may use the following permissions:
- Memory – SD Card: this permission allows the application to save data on the device.
- Full network access: in most cases, required for data updates or displaying parts of data while browsing online.
- Camera access: needed for functionalities that require taking photos, such as QR/barcode scanning.
- Access to the Photo Gallery: used only for functionalities that allow attaching photos to the application.
- The application collects device identifiers (brand, model, hardware identifier, and OS version) to provide users with a mechanism to verify which devices they are currently logged into.
- The application allows access to system data in the “My SkillBox” area (for employees), enabling employees to check information about, for example, planned development from any location.
If you do not accept the terms of the Privacy Policy, please do not install or uninstall the Application. Permanently deleting the Application from your mobile device is equivalent to ending the use of the Application.
